Winter Closure 2024/2025
With the arrival of the Christmas holidays, we would like to inform our customers about the closing period of our company and how to handle orders during this special period.
Company closing dates
Our company, including manufacturing department and offices, will be closed from Saturday 21 December 2024 to Monday 6 January 2025. We will resume business as usual from Tuesday, 7 January 2025.
Availability of customer service
In December, our customer service will not be available on the following Saturdays: 7, 14, 21 and 28 December.
Orders and deliveries
Orders with delivery by courier service: please send your orders by 19 December 2024 in order to ensure their processing.
Please plan your requests with these dates in mind, to enable us to offer an efficient and timely service.
